Bossa Via is the way of bossa nova —  start your weekend off right, with the sophisticated sounds of classic and contemporary acoustic bossa nova.

We’ll be playing a mix of timeless classics by the great Tom Jobim, original tunes from composers of our region, and a selection of re-imagined pop songs that we have given the (tasteful) “bossa treatment”.

Bossa Via’s sound is sophisticated, laid-back, acoustic vibes, and perfect for a post-work week chill down. Featuring some familiar faces of Nelson’s jazz scene. Our players are: Tessa Quayle – vocals, Dan Callahan – guitar, Annabel Boyes – saxophone, Greg Mills – percussion.
